Brief History
Built in the late 19th century, this address has had many incarnations around the letter C. The Cash Monkey has been at the site since 2018. It was previously occupied by Cash Converters from 2011 and The Catalogue Shop before this. In the 60s it was called Cavendish.
Condition
The building is in good condition and is of red brick with gabled frontages, stone lintels — which are joined together — and stone cills. The upper floors also have the original sash windows.
