12 Market Place was built in the 19th century.
Current Condition
The three-storey building has brick facades on the first and second floors and sash windows with imitation glazing bars. The shopfront at street level is 20th-century. A building of its time, in good condition. However, the shopfront and signage detract considerably from the quality of the building and the Market Place.
