Brief History
This is another building built in 1901 and designed by the Mansfield-based architects, Vallance & Westwick. It was originally a photography studio for a Mr J. King.
More recently, it became Romans bar and night club in the 2000s and is now called Industria, en route from the Market Place to the main nightlife, culture and clubbing quarter of Mansfield.
Condition
It is in good condition with a traditional-style shopfront — a dark painted deep fascia with subtle signage. The building has three storeys of red brick with polychrome work and there are timber sash windows to the upper floors.
Suggested Works
Some stone repairs and repointing.
