Brief History
The building is late 19th-century. 20 Leeming Street was Turner’s bakery and 22 Leeming Street used to be Stylo shoe shop in the 1960s.
Luxury Nails was first established as Meadow Nails and the Leeming News newsagent has been on the site since 2008.
Condition
It is in good condition with the sash windows intact on the upper floors. The building is of red brick with gabled frontages, stone cills and joined stone lintels over number 22.
